United's Duty of Care (DoC) service works in combination with a corporate customer's safety and security provider, and it complements the existing feed from your agency. With our DoC service, we send a data feed of original bookings and booking changes from United channels, united.com and mobile app, to your company’s DoC provider every six hours.
The data includes: PNR record locator, name, travel dates, flight number, departure and arrival airports, travel type.
The following conditions are needed for United to enable the service:

  • Your company has a licensed agreement with a United integrated DoC provider.
  • Your company has agreed to our DoC terms and conditions.
  • Your travelers are enrolled with United's MileagePlus program and linked to your corporate discount within United’s system.

*Subject to system capabilities and requires setup by your agency.

United has the ability to share your company’s transaction data with your agency through a flat file consisting of original and changed bookings. In turn, your agency has the ability to accept and ingest the file into their mid or back office system. This service provides your agency with historical accounting data. It does not give your agency access to live bookings.

Alternatively, the Money Spent report in the United for Business portal contains a purchase history of all tickets and ancillaries. Your company may download this report by first visiting United Jetstream and then linking to the portal.

Travelers must be enrolled with United for their United channel bookings and changes to be included in United's agency direct data feed.
